[Part I] Because of it’s reputation of being an utmost livable city, Paris too, suffers imense price increases. Renting a flat and getting by have become incredibly difficult even for people with “regular income”. Like in other attractive locations, a significant shift in population causes a colorful mix to turn into a gray one. It would be such a shame to lose those qualities which make the french capitol so special, exciting, tasteful and tasty!
